Ingredients

  • ½ the recipe Basic Pizza Dough
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 fat clove or 2 small clove Garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
  • ¾ cup or two handfuls Mozarrella Cheese

Instructions

  • Set oven to grill mode. Set temp to 250 Degree C. Take a baking tray and line it with foil, pop the tray into the oven and let it preheat.
  • Take other ingredients except cheese and dough in a bowl and mix well. This is garlic oil.
  • Take your dough, spread it out evenly, create a border.
  • Place this over the hot tray and pop it into the oven on the top rack and cook for 5 mins.
  • Now remove it and brush it with the garlic oil and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Pop back into the oven and grill for another 4 to 5 mins till the edges are golden and cheese is molten.
  • Remove from oven., cut into wedges and serve hot.
