Ingredients

  • 1 packet Tofu around 200 grams
  • 2 clove Garlic chopped finely
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Tomato Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp. Bread Crumbs
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Cube tofu and take it in a bowl.
  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl except breadcrumbs and mix well. Leave it to sit for 10 mins.
  • Now coat this in breadcrumbs and fry in oil.
  • Drain onto some paper towel and serve.
