Ingredients

/ 90 grams All Purpose Flour / Maida
▢

cup
/ 100 grams Sugar
▢
½
tsp
Baking Soda / Cooking Soda
▢

tsp
Baking Powder

mashed Ripe Banana
I used 5 small ones

¼
cup
/ 60 ml Oil
▢

tsp
Vanilla Essence

Walnuts
Instructions
▢
Preheat oven to 190 degree C.
▢
Take bananas and mash them roughly. Add in sugar, oil and vanilla essence. Mix well.
▢
Add in flour, baking soda and baking powder. Fold gently.
▢
Add in walnuts and fold gently.
▢
Line a muffin tray with cupcake cases. Use a icecream scoop to fill the cases.
▢
Dont fill them too much, they will rise.
▢
Top them with some walnut pieces.
▢
Bake this for 30 to 35 mins. Insert a tooth pick to check whether it is done or not.
▢
Now remove them from the tray and leave them to cool.
▢
Serve warm.
