fat cloves chopped finely Garlic

broken into small pieces Dry Red Chillies

Salt to taste

Spring Onions a handful finely chopped
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan or a wok.
▢
Add in garlic and dry red chillies. Saute for a min.
▢
Add in the salt and sugar mix well.
▢
Now add in rice and toss well in the oil.
▢
Add little soy sauce and vinegar. Toss well on high heat.
▢
Now add in spring onions and mix well.
▢
Serve.
