Easy Garlic & Chilli Fried Rice Recipe with step by step pictures. Minced garlic and chillies are fried in oil on a low flame until crisp and finally added to rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked Basmati Rice
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 4 fat cloves chopped finely Garlic
  • 4 broken into small pieces Dry Red Chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp or to taste Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp or to taste Vinegar
  • Spring Onions a handful finely chopped

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan or a wok.
  • Add in garlic and dry red chillies. Saute for a min.
  • Add in the salt and sugar mix well.
  • Now add in rice and toss well in the oil.
  • Add little soy sauce and vinegar. Toss well on high heat.
  • Now add in spring onions and mix well.
  • Serve.
