Ingredients

  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Basil Garlic & Oregano
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • parsley
  • 2 to 3 cups Pasta

Instructions

  • Start by making the sauce. Heat olive oil in a pan, add in garlic and fry it for few minute.
  • Now add in the tomatoes and mix it well with the oil.
  • Cook that down till it reduces a little.
  • Now add in salt, sugar, red pepper flakes and mix well.
  • Once it thickens slightly, add in cream and butter and mix it well. Boil it for a min or so.
  • Now add in coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Meanwhile boil pasta in lots of salted water. Drain it. When you are serving, pile aplate with pasta and top with the sauce over and scatter with some freshlychopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
