Ingredients

  • 2 peeled and cubed Raw Banana
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds / Kaduku
  • 1 tsp Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder

Instructions

  • Take banana, salt, Turmeric in a sauce pan, cover with water and cook for 5 to 6 mins till it is cooked. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves. let them sizzle.
  • Add in banana and salt and toss well. Cook till it gets crispy..
  • Add in chilli powder and mix well.
  • Serve.
