All Purpose Flour
240 grams

Sugar

Soft Unsalted Butter

Vanilla Essence

Any Jam of your choice
Instructions
▢
Take butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and whisk well. Add in egg and whisk well.

Add in salt, baking powder and mix well.
▢
Add in flour and mix well to form a dough. Now divide it into two portions and wrap it in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour or so.
▢
Now preheat oven to 200 degree C / 400 Degree F. Use nonstick muffin pan or grease lightly normal muffin pan with little oil.
▢
Take one portion and roll it out into little thin sheet. Use a cookie cutter to cut out rounds and line it in a small muffin pan.
▢
Now use a fork to prick the bottom so it wont puff up.
▢
Now spoon some jam in it and bake this for 12 to 14 mins.
▢
Remove it and cool it for 5 mins in pan, remove it and cool it completely in wirerack.
▢
Serve.
