Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped Spinach I used agathi keerai
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds / Kaduku
  • 1 tsp Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu
  • 1 medium size chopped Onion
  • 6 fat cloves Garlic
  • 2 to 3 Dry Red Chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup grated Coconut

Instructions

  • Take garlic and chilli in a blender and crush them.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard and urad dal. Let them pop.
  • Add in onions and saute for few sec.
  • Now add in garlic and chilli mix. Toss well for a min.
  • Add in the spinach and toss well in the oil. It will cook down.
  • Season with some salt.
  • Add in coconut and stir fry for few mins.
  • Serve.
