Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pasta Use any shape you wish
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers I used red, green & yellow
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 1 Onions peeled & sliced thinly
  • Coriander leaves - for garnishing
  • For Dressing:
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 Green Chillies chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger finely grated
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest

Instructions

  • Prepare your ingredients. Start by making dressing, take lemon juice in a jar, add in olive oil, and all other ingredients given for dressing. Clamp on a lid and shake the bottle well till it is all mixed up. Dressing done.
  • Take a bowl add in all the remaining ingredients, pour the dressing over this and toss well.
  • Set this in fridge for 30 mins.
  • Serve cold.
