Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup Wheat Flour / Atta
  • 1.5 tbsp Milk Powder
  • 1 tsp Dry Yeast
  • 1 tsp Honey or Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil I used olive oil
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Take warm water, yeast and honey in a jug, mix well and set aside for 5 min so the yeast is all bubbly and activated.
  • Take flour, milk powder, salt, oil in a bowl and mix well.
  • Pour the yeast water and knead it to a soft dough.
  • Roll the dough using a rolling pin into thick circle.
  • Cut into small rounds using a cutter..
  • Place each cut out dough in a plate and let it rise for 1 hour till it is doubled in size.
  • Place each of them in a dry pan and cook for 7 to 8 mins on one side, flip over and cook for 5 more mins.
  • Now remove them and serve warm
