Ingredients

  • 3 Bread Slices
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup or as needed Cornflakes
  • Butter or Oil as needed for frying

Instructions

  • Take cornflakes in a plate, crush them with your hands. Set aside.
  • Crack open egg in a bowl, add in sugar, milk and vanilla. Whip it well.
  • Dip bread slice into that and coat it with cornflakes on both sides.
  • Now pan fry it in some butter or oil till golden on both sides.
  • Serve with honey, maple syrup or jam.
