Ingredients

  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 to 4 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Garlic chopped very finely
  • 1 Shallots chopped very finely
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp Dried Oregano
  • ¼ tsp Dried Marjoram
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped very finely

Instructions

  • Take oil and vinegar in a bowl and whisk till it is emulsified. Now add all ingredients and mix well. Store it in a air tight bottle, shake before use.
