Ingredients

  • 2 cups Parsley packed
  • ½ cup Cashews
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Take all ingredients except oil in a blender and puree. Slowly drizzle in oil and puree till smooth.
  • Transfer it to a air tight container and refrigerate till needed.
  • Taste great when tossed with some pasta or used as a spread for sandwiches.
