Ingredients

  • 1 batch Pizza Base I used my Instant No Yeast Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup Cheese Sauce
  • Tomato Ketchup or Pizza Sauce as needed
  • Bell Peppers sliced as needed
  • Onions Sliced as needed
  • Chilli Flakes to taste
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Black Olives as needed sliced
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Mozzarella Cheese as needed grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250 Degree C on grill mode. Line a baking tray with foil and oil it very well. Pop it into the oven and let it heat for 10 to 15 mins.
  • Divide your pizza dough into two balls. Once portion should be more than another.
  • Roll the dough into rounds.
  • Now take the hot tray carefully from oven, place one spread pizza dough over it.
  • Spread cheese sauce over it.
  • Now cover with another one and seal the edges and crimp them.
  • Then prick the top with some fork. SO the pizza dont puff when baking.
  • Now spread some tomato ketchup all over it.
  • Sprinkle with bell peppers and olives.
  • Sprinkle with chilli flakes and oregano.
  • Brush the edges with olive oil and drizzle some over the pizza as well.
  • Bake this in the oven on grill mode for 10 to 12 mins till the pizza is baked.
  • Now sprinkle lots of cheese over it and bake for another 2 to 5 mins.
  • Remove it and let it sit for 5 mins.
  • Now cut into wedges and enjoy the gooey and molten cheese burst pizza.
