Heat oil in a kadai or pan. Add in cumin seeds and let it crackle.
Now add in onion cook till golden. Now add in ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Now add in tomatoes and mix well. Season with salt. Cover the pan and simmer for 10 mins until oil separates and the tomatoes turn mushy. Now add in all spice powders and mix well.
Add capsicum and paneer and mix well. Pour some water and simmer for 5 mins. Pour in cream and mix well.Simmer it for a min and switch off the flame.
