Ingredients

cups
dry Legumes
I used green peas, kidney beans,soy beans and black eyed peas

3 to 4
tbsp
Gujarati Fresh Masala
▢
Salt to taste
▢

Sugar

Coriander leaves a big handful
Instructions
▢
Wash and soak the beans overnight. Now drain the water and add it to a pressure cooker.
▢
Pressure cook for 4 whistle, simmer the flame and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 mins.
▢
Turn off the heat and let the steam escape all by itself. Open the cooker, transfer the mix to a bowl and set aside.
▢
In the same cooker, add in the fresh masala and cook till oil separates.
▢
Add in the cooked beans along with the cooking liquid.
▢
Add in salt and sugar and mix well.
▢
Simmer the pot and cook on low heat for 10 mins.
▢
Turn off the heat and add in lots of chopped coriander leaves.
▢
Serve.
