Ingredients

cut into florets Broccoli
▢

cup
cubed Tofu
▢

tbsp
Oil
▢

tsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam
▢

medium size chopped Onion
▢
2
tsp
Ginger Garlic paste
▢
1
tsp
Chilli Powder
▢
½
tsp
Turmeric Powder
▢

tsp
Garam Masala Powder
▢

Dry Fenugreek Leaves / Kasuri Methi Leaves

Lemon Juice to taste

Salt to taste
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan , add in cumin seeds and let it crackle.
▢
Add onions and cook till golden, add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
▢
Add in spice powder and mix well.
▢
Add in broccoli and toss well.
▢
Add water and tofu and cook till it is dried up and done. Add salt to taste.
▢
Add in kasuri methi and lemon juice. Mix well.
▢
