Ingredients

  • 2 cups cut into florets Broccoli
  • 1 cup cubed Tofu
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam
  • 1 medium size chopped Onion
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves / Kasuri Methi Leaves
  • Lemon Juice to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan , add in cumin seeds and let it crackle.
  • Add onions and cook till golden, add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  • Add in spice powder and mix well.
  • Add in broccoli and toss well.
  • Add water and tofu and cook till it is dried up and done. Add salt to taste.
  • Add in kasuri methi and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Serve
