Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 Papdi I used store bought
  • ½ cup Thick Curd / Yogurt
  • 1 peeled cubed and boiled Potatoes
  • Green Chutney as needed
  • Dates & Tamarind Chutney as needed
  • 1 medium size Onion chopped finely
  • 1 medium size Tomatoes chopped finely
  • Coriander leaves as needed finely chopped
  • Sev / Oma podi as needed for topping Recipe here
  • Chat Masala Powder to taste
  • Chilli Powder to taste
  • Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder to taste

Instructions

  • Take a serving plate, crush some papdi and place over it.
  • Top with boiled potatoes and curd.
  • Now top with onions, tomatoes, spice powders, coriander leaves, chutneys and sev.
  • Serve immediately.
