Ingredients

  • 1 large peeled and cubed Ripe Sweet Mango
  • 2 to 3 tbsp or adjust Sugar
  • 2 Cardamom Pods / Yelakai
  • ½ tsp Dry Ginger Powder / Chukku Podi
  • Water or Milk if needed

Instructions

  • Take sugar and cardamom in a blender and powder them.
  • Add in mangoes and puree till smooth.
  • Now add in dry ginger powder and give one more pulse.
  • Add water or milk if needed while grinding.
  • Serve with poori or as it is..
