Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Coconut grated
  • 5 to 6 Garlic Cloves peeled
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 5 to 6 Dry Red Chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Tamarind
  • Water as needed
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions

  • Take oil in a pan, add in garlic, curry leaves, chillies and saute till golden.
  • Now add in coconut, tamarind and saute till golden.
  • Take this in a blender, add in salt and water and make it into a fine puree.
  • Serve with kanji, porridge, idli or dosa..
