Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dates chopped
  • ½ cup Sultanas / Raisans / Currants
  • ½ cup Nuts I used, cashews,walnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds

Instructions

  • Take dates and sultanas in a blender and make it into a coarse mix. Transfer this into a bowl.
  • Now take nuts in a pan and toast till golden, cool them down and take them in the same blender and powder them.
  • Add it to the dates and knead well.
  • Transfer this ball into a parchment lined plate and roll it little thin.
  • Now chill this for a hour.
  • Cut it into squares and serve.
