Ingredients

  • 2 Raw Mango peeled and cubed
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard seeds,asafoetida. let them sizzle.
  • Add in mango, turmeric and salt and toss well. Cook till it gets cooked.
  • Add in chilli powder, salt and mix well.
  • Serve.
