Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cabbage chopped finely
  • 1 Capsicum chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add in mustard seeds and urad dal. Let them sizzle.
  • Add in cabbage, salt and turmeric powder and saute for few mins. Cook it for 5 mins or so.
  • Add in capsicum and toss well. Cook it for few more mins.
  • Add in chilli flakes and toss well.
  • Serve.
