Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 tbsp Ragi Flour
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Badam Milk Powder or Almond Powder
  • 2 cups Cold Milk
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

  • Take ragi flour in a sauce pan, add in water and mix well so no lumps is formed. Now cook this on low heat till it thickens.
  • Take it off the heat and  cool this mixture.
  • Take it in a blender, add in sugar, badam milk powder and milk and blend till creamy.
  • Pour into glass and chill before serving.
