Ingredients

  • 3 cups Baby Prawns / Kooni
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 6 cloves chopped finely Garlic
  • Curry leaves a handful
  • 2 chopped Green Chilli
  • 15 chopped finely Shallots
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat coconut oil in a pan, add garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Now add in onions, turmeric and saute for a min.
  • Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for 5 mins.
  • Add in chilli powder and mix well.
  • Add in baby prawns and mix well. Add in salt and cook for 6 to 8 mins or so.
  • Now it is done.
  • Serve
