Ingredients

  • 1.25 litre Vanilla Icecream
  • ¾ cup Chocolate Chips
  • 4 Cadburys 5 Star
  • 6 to 8 pieces Peanut chikki / kadalai mittai
  • 10 to 15 pieces Bourbon Biscuit
  • Caramel Sauce for serving
  • Chocolate Sauce for serving

Instructions

  • Line a large round cake tin with plastic wrap and set aside.
  • Crush the Bourbon Biscuit, Peanut chikki, 5 star in to small pieces.
  • In a Mixing bowl add in the Icecream and the crushed mixture and mix well.
  • Add in the chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Tip it in a Freezer bowl and set it in Deep freeze.
  • Remove it carefully with the help of plastic wrap and cut into slices.
  • Serve with caramel sauce or chocolate sauce
