Ingredients

  • 7 to 8 Dry Red Chilli
  • 10 Kashmiri Red Chilli
  • ¼ cup Coriander Seeds / Malli
  • 10 to 12 Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam
  • 1.5 tbsp Fennel Seeds / Sombu / Saunf
  • 5 cm big piece Cinnamon / Pattai
  • 4 Black Cardamom
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi
  • 2 tbsp Amchoor Powder / Dry Mango Powder

Instructions

  • Take all the ingredients except the powdered spices in a heavy bottom pan and roast on low heat for 7 to 10 mins
  • Now add in turmeric and amchoor powder. Mix for 30 sec.
  • Remove this to a plate and let it cool down.
  • Now take this in a blender and powder it.
  • Store this in a air tight container for over a month and in fridge for more than 6 months.
