Ingredients

  • 1 packet / 200 grams Noodles
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 3 Green Chillies chopped finely
  • 1 large Onion sliced thinly
  • 3 cups Cabbage sliced thinly
  • 1 medium size Carrot juliened
  • 10 Beans chopped finely
  • 1 Capsicum / Bell Peppers sliced thinly
  • Spring Onion for garnishing
  • Pepper Powder to taste optional
  • For Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Boil noodles in salted boiling water as per package directions, Drain them, wash them in lots of cold water and drizzle some oil over it and toss well. Set aside.
  • Mix all the ingredients for sauce and set aside
  • Heat oil in a wok till smoking. Add in ginger, garlic. chilli and toss well.
  • Add in onions and saute for a min.
  • Now add in all veggies except capsicum and saute on high heat for 5 mins.
  • Add in capsicum and toss again for 2 mins.
  • Then add in noodles and toss well on high heat for 5 mins.
  • Add in the sauce ingredients and toss on high heat for another 4 to 5 mins.
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
