Ingredients

For Dipping and Coating:

Instructions
▢
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai. Add in garlic and fry for a min. Add in spinach and cook till it wilts and raw smell leaves. Remove it to a bowl.

Heat 2 tblspn of oil and add in wheat flour and stir fry for few mins. Now add in milk and keep mixing till it gets thick.
▢
Add in cooked spinach, chilli flakes, salt, sugar and cheese. Mix well. When it gets thick, remove it to a bowl and set aside to cool.
▢
Now take small size from the mix and put it in a plate. You can pop this in fridge so it set a little.
▢
Now take plain wheat flour in a plate for coating.
▢
Take wheat flour and water in a bowl and mix to a runny mix..Take breadcrumbs in a plate and set aside.
▢
Take each spinach ball and coat it in wheat flour, dip it in wheat flour liquid and coat it in breadcrumbs.
▢
Put it in a plate and set it in fridge for 30 mins.
▢
Now heat oil for deep frying and deep fry the croquettes till golden.
▢
Drain onto some paper towel.
▢
Serve hot.
