Samai Arisi / Little Millet Rice
▢

Urad dal with Skin
▢

cloves
Garlic peeled
▢
½
tsp
Fenugreek Seeds / Methi / Vendayam
▢
Salt to taste
▢

liter
or as needed Boiled Milk
▢

Instructions
▢
Wash rice and dal well. Take it in pressure cooker add all ingredients except milk and pressure cook for 3 whistle.
▢
Simmer for 15 mins. Turn off the heat and let the steam go all by itself.
▢
Open the cooker and mix well.
▢
Add in milk and mix well.
▢
Serve warm.
