Instructions
Take milk, sugar, yeast in a bowl and let it activate for 5 mins.
Take wheat flour, maida, garlic, red chilli flakes, italian seasoning, salt, coriander leaves and mix well.
Make a well in the center, pour the yeast mix, water and knead it to a soft dough. Add in oil and knead well.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1 to 2 hours.
Now transfer the dough into a well floured surface and dust some more flour on top and knead it to a soft dough. Knead for 10 mins to a soft smooth dough.
Now roll the dough into a rectangle and roll it tightly like a log, seam the edges. Put the seam side down log in a oiled loaf pan and cover it and let it rise for 30 mins to 1 hour.
In the last 10 mins of rising preheat oven to 180 degree C,
Bake for 35 to 45 mins
Now let it cool in pan for 15 mins. Remove it and let it cool for 2 to 4 hours. Slice and serve.
