Ingredients

  • 1 large Onion chopped very finely
  • 2 large Tomatoes chopped very finely
  • 1 or 2 deseeded Green Chillies chopped finely
  • Coriander Leaves or Cilatro - a handful chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp or to taste Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and chill for a good 1 to 2 hours in fridge
  • Serve with chips or with burrito or whatever you like.
