Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 Papdi or Puri I used store bought
  • 1 large Potatoes peeled cubed and boiled
  • 1 cup Chana / Chickpeas boiled and drained
  • Green Chutney as needed
  • Dates & Tamarind Chutney as needed
  • 1 medium size Onion chopped finely
  • 1 medium size Tomatoes chopped finely
  • Coriander leaves as needed finely chopped
  • Sev / Oma podi as needed for topping
  • Kara Boondhi as needed for topping
  • Chat Masala Powder to taste
  • Lemon Juice as needed to taste

Instructions

  • Mix everything together.
  • Serve immediately with some papdi..
