Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sundakkai / Turkey berry
  • 3 Dry Red Chillies
  • 2 tsp Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add in sundakkai and fry till golden.
  • Add in chillies and cumin seed and fry for a min.
  • Take this in a blender, add in garlic and salt.
  • Powder it finely.
  • Serve this with rice drizzle with some ghee.
  • You can keep this in fridge or at room temp for couple of weeks.
