Ingredients

  • 2 cups Regular Milk or Soy Milk
  • ½ cup Quick Cooking Oats
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar or Jaggery

For Topping:

  • 1 Ripe Banana sliced
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar / Jaggery
  • 1 tsp Butter

Instructions

  • Start by making the caramel. Heat butter in a pan, add in sliced bananas and brown sugar and saute till for 3 to 4 mins till caramelized. Remove this to a bowl and set aside.
  • Now in the same pan, add in oats, soy milk, cinnamon and brown sugar and mix well. Cook till oats is done.
  • Now spoon this into a bowl and top with bananas. Serve.
