Ingredients

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 can / 400 grams Condensed Milk
  • 15 grams China Grass / Agar Agar
  • ¾ cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions

  • Grease square pan with little oil. Set aside.
  • Break agar agar in a sauce pan, add in water and mix well using your hands. Set aside for 10 mins.
  • Now take milk, condensed milk in a sauce pan and whisk well.
  • Heat this and bring it to a boil. Once it reaches a boil, take it off the heat and set aside.
  • Now take china grass and place it on heat. Heat on low heat till the agar agar is melted.
  • Pour this china grass mix into the milk and whisk well.
  • Now add vanilla essence and mix well.
  • Pour this into the tray and cool it down. Now put this in fridge and set it for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Now invert it and cut into pieces.
  • Serve.
