Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 3 cups cooked Basmati Rice
  • 1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 3 chopped finely Green Chillies
  • 4 chopped Spring Onion White Part
  • 1 medium size Carrot chopped finely
  • 2 cups Cabbage chopped finely
  • ½ chopped finely Capsicum
  • 1 cup Sweet Corn i used frozen
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Red Chilli Flakes to taste
  • 1 tbsp or to taste Soya Sauce
  • 1 tsp or to taste Vinegar
  • 4 chopped finely Spring Onion Green Part

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a wok till smoking hot. Add in ginger, garlic, chillies and spring onion white and saute for a min or so.
  • Add in all the veggies and salt, sugar. Mix well and cook for 5 to 8 mins till it is cooked.
  • Add in sweet corn and saute for 5 mins till it is cooked.
  • Now add in soy sauce, vinegar and mix well.
  • Add in chilli flakes and mix well
  • Then add in cooked rice and toss well.
  • Add in spring onion greens and toss well.
  • Serve hot.
