Ingredients

  • 100 grams Unsalted Butter
  • 400 grams Confectioners Sugar / Icing Sugar
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Orange Juice
  • Orange Essence few drops
  • ½ tsp Orange Zest
  • Orange Food Coloring a pinch

Instructions

  • Sift icing sugar and set aside
  • Take butter in a bowl and beat till fluffy using a electric beater.
  • Add in icing sugar slowly and beat till creamy. Add little orange juice and keep whipping till it gets creamy.
  • Keep on adding icing sugar and keep mixing. It will slowly get creamy and fluffy.
  • Now finally add in orange essence, food coloring and orange zest. Mix well.
  • Use as needed
