Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Sabja / Basil Seeds
  • 2 cups Milk
  • Rose Milk Essence - few drops
  • 2 tbsp or to taste Suagr

Instructions

  • Take basil seeds in a bowl and add in ½ cup of water. Leave it aside for 5 mins, they will swell up well.
  • Now take milk, sugar and rose milk essence in a bowl and mix well..
  • Add in the plumped sabja into this and mix well.
  • Chill before serving.
