Ingredients

Semi sweet Chocolate Chips
(vegan)
▢

Avocado
▢
¼
cup
Sugar
or to taste
▢

tbsp
Coconut Oil
▢

tsp
Vanilla Extract
Instructions
▢
Take chocolate chips in a dry clean bowl. Melt it in microwave or over a double boiler.
▢
Make sure the water is on simmering and the bottom of the chocolate bowl doesn't touch the water simmering.
▢
Now take the chocolate and mix well. It will be smooth and shiny.
▢
Add in 1 tbsp of oil and mix well. Set aside to cool.
▢
Scoop out the flesh from avocado.
▢
Take avocado in a blender and add sugar. Blend till smooth.
▢
Now pour in the melted chocolate, vanilla and puree again.
▢
Spoon or pipe this into serving glasses and put it in fridge for couple of hours.
▢
Serve.
