Ingredients

  • 1 cup Semi sweet Chocolate Chips (vegan)
  • 1 Avocado
  • ¼ cup Sugar or to taste
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Take chocolate chips in a dry clean bowl. Melt it in microwave or over a double boiler.
  • Make sure the water is on simmering and the bottom of the chocolate bowl doesn't touch the water simmering.
  • Now take the chocolate and mix well. It will be smooth and shiny.
  • Add in 1 tbsp of oil and mix well. Set aside to cool.
  • Scoop out the flesh from avocado.
  • Take avocado in a blender and add sugar. Blend till smooth.
  • Now pour in the melted chocolate, vanilla and puree again.
  • Spoon or pipe this into serving glasses and put it in fridge for couple of hours.
  • Serve.
