Ingredients

  • 3 cups Spinach / Palak chopped roughly
  • 2 cups + more for rolling Wheat Flour / Atta
  • 2 to 3 cloves Garlic peeled
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ cup Water

Instructions

  • Take spinach, garlic, water in a sauce pan and cook till it is wilted and the water has dried up.
  • Cool this and take this in a blender and puree it.
  • Take wheat flour, salt, spinach puree and oil in a bowl and mix well.
  • Slowly add water as needed and knead to a soft dough.
  • Now apply oil over the dough and let it rest for 30 mins.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it thinly.
  • Cook it on both sides on a hot tawa and serve
