Materials

  • 1 batch Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Capsicum / Bell Peppers finely chopped
  • 1 Onions finely chopped
  • 10 Olives
  • 3 tbsp Coriander Leaves finely chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli Flakes to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
  • Take your pizza dough and roll it into a long rectangle.
  • Now spread pizza sauce and all the other ingredients. Finally sprinkle over cheese.
  • Now roll it into a log.
  • Cut into slices.
  • Arrange it in a well oiled foil lined baking tray and brush the top with oil. Pop it in oven.
  • Bake for 15 to 17 mins.
  • Remove it and cool little and serve hot.
