Ingredients

  • 2 cup Bajji Bonda Mix
  • 6 Banana Peppers
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Water as needed
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
  • For Filling:
  • ½ cup Onion chopped finely
  • 1 cup Cheese grated
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp Coriander Leaves finely chopped
  • For Bajji Bonda Mix: Mix all ingredients
  • 1 cup Gram Flour
  • ¼ cup Rice Flour
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Asafoetida
  • ¾ cup or adjust Water

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients for filling really well. So the cheese gets mushed into the onions.
  • Now slit banana pepper in the middle, fill it with filling.
  • Now mix water with bajji bonda mix and make a little thick batter.
  • Coat the mirchi with the batter and drop in hot oil and fry till golden on both sides.
  • Sprinkle top with some chat masala and serve.
