Ingredients

  • 1 Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 100 grams Tofu crumbled
  • ½ cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour + 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp Coriander Leaves finely chopped
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Oil + for Deep frying

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Take potatoes, tofu and peas in a pan. Saute for couple of mins.
  • Now add in salt, pepper, flour, coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Take small portion from it and shape it into ball. You can form like oval shape too.
  • Now take flour in a bowl, add some water to it and make it into a little thin paste.
  • Dip balls in this and roll it in breadcrumbs. Put this in fridge for 30 mins or so.
  • Heat oil for deep frying, drop in oil and fry till golden.
  • Drain it onto some paper towel.
  • Serve
