Ingredients

  • 6 Figs
  • ½ cup Orange Juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Greek Yogurt as needed
  • Pistachios as needed finely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 220 degree C.
  • Cut figs into 4, so they open up like a flower. Arrange it in a baking dish
  • Take orange juice, honey and butter in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil, simmer for 5 mins.
  • Pour this over the figs and pop it in oven and bake for 8 to 10 mins.
  • Now remove the hot figs in a bowl and dollop with some yogurt and pistachios.
  • Serve.
