Ingredients

Wheat Flour / Atta
▢
½
cup
Roasted Gram Dal / Pori Kadalai
▢

cup
Sugar
▢

tsp
Cardamom Powder / Yelakai Podi

cup
Ghee
▢

tbsp
Cashew nuts chopped finely
Instructions
▢
Heat 2 tbsp in a kadai. Add in cashews and fry till golden. Remove it to a bowl and set aside.

Add in wheat flour and fry for few mins till light golden and aromatic.
▢
Then add in powdered sugar and porikadalai powder and mix well.
▢
Add in the remaining ghee and mix well.
▢
Roast it for few more mins till the sugar is little melted and it starts to get little moist and golden brown.
▢
Now add in cardamom powder and fried cashews.
▢
Mix well and take it off the heat. Allow the mix to cool down.
▢
Take a small portion from this and shape it into tight ladoos.
▢
Store this in a air tight container and serve.
