Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic grated
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • ½ tsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves or Dill finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil to drizzle on top

Instructions

  • Take hung curd, garlic, lemon zest and juice in a bowl and mix till creamy.
  • Now peel cucumber, deseed them and grate them finely. Now squeeze out the juice from it and add to the yogurt. Mix well.
  • Add in coriander leaves,salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour this in a bowl and drizzle the top with some olive oil and serve.
