Ingredients

  • cup All Purpose Flour (200 grams)
  • 1 cup Sugar (200 gms)
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • cup Milk (160 ml)
  • 100 grams Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Jam as per your need

For Chocolate Jam Icing:

  • 3 tbsp Jam
  • 100 grams Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Take eggs, milk, vanilla,melted butter in a bowl. Mix well. Set this aside till use.
  • In a mixing bowl take flour, sugar and baking powder and mix well. Pour the mixed wet ingrediants in this and mix into a smooth batter.
  • Now line your muffin tray with liners. Scoop out some batter using a icecream scoop and fill the cases.
  • Top it with a tblspn of orange jam (or any jam) and pour another scoop of batter.
  • Now bake this in the oven for 20-25 mins.
  • Let it cool down before icing.
  • For Icing, Take jam and chocolate in a bowl. Place this bowl over another bowl of simmering water and melt it down. Mix well to form a smooth icing.
  • Spread this over the cooled cupcakes and serve.
