Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cabbage shredded
  • 2 cup Carrot grated
  • 1 Spring Onions chopped finely
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Mustard Sauce
  • 2 tsp White Wine Vinegar or to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix mayo, salt, sugar, pepper, white wine vinegar and mustard in a bowl and mix well.
  • Now take cabbage, carrot and spring onion in a bowl. Pour dressing over and toss well.
  • Serve
