Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Curd / Yogurt
  • For Grinding:
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 4 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Raw Sour Mango
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • Water for grinding
  • For Seasoning:
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds / Kaduku
  • Curry Leaves a sprig

Instructions

  • Take all the ingredients for blending to a smooth paste. Transfer that to a bowl.
  • Now add in curd to the mix and mix well.
  • Make seasoning by heating oil and crackling mustard and curry leaves. Pour this over the pachadi and mix well.
  • Serve.
